Meet the Board
Board Chair – Kimber Cooley
Kimber is a member of Christ Lutheran Church and all three of her children have attended Christ Lutheran School for preschool as well as primary school. She is an attorney by trade, and worked as a prosecutor before making the move to stay home with her children. She describes Christ Lutheran as a second home to her entire family, who love being involved with everything Christ Lutheran has to offer: church, school, confirmation classes, youth group, sports and most importantly Godly community.
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.”
Advisory Board Member – Annette Balog
Annette Balog is a member of the Christ Lutheran Church and is an alumni parent. “I have had the honor to serve on the Board of Christian Education since 2012. I truly enjoy serving on the Board and look forward to serving the Christ Lutheran community for many more years to come.”

Meredith Bloss and her family have been part of the Christ Lutheran congregation for over 20 years where two of their three children where confirmed. She is recently retired from the Palos Verdes School District where she served as registrar and librarian in the intermediate and elementary school.
Board Member- Nathalie Mills
My name is Nathalie Mills and a 4th year parent at CLS. I have two kids enrolled in our school in 3rd Grade and in TK this year. I recently joined the BCE to be the parent liaison. My duties will be to communicate to the BCE of improvements/issues expressed to me by our CLS parents. I have been involved in several events both at our church and our school through the years and love to be ‘in the know’ of things around our campus. I have a love for giving to our amazing teachers and staff. A bible quote that moves me is from Deuteronomy 15:10 “Give generously to him and do so without a grudging heart; then because of this the Lord your God will bless you in all your work and in everything you put your hand to.” I have been blessed to be a Stay at Home Mom, and have flexibility to run a small side woodworking hobby at home which I incorporate for much use at our school. I pray for a wonderful year and to be a part of great improvements in our school for our children.
Board Member- Ginny Mondragon
Ginny Mondragon has been at Christ Lutheran over sixty years. She attended Christ Lutheran as a student as did her two children, and also taught thirty-six years. mostly as a fourth grade teacher. Christ Lutheran has been her second home and she desires to help teachers, staff, parents, students, and members through her role on the Board of Christian Education. “With God all things are possible” Matthew 19:26
Board Member- Pamela Stowers
Pamela Stowers is a member at Christ Lutheran Church and a Christ Lutheran School parent of a middle school young man. She is proud to be a part of the strong, faithful, Christian community at CLS, which includes our wonderful teachers, administrators, Clergy, parents, students and volunteers. “We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.” Romans 12:6-8
