Henry Gray

My name is Henry Gray and I am looking forward to serving the students and families at Christ Lutheran School as the technology teacher this year.  I had a career of nearly 30 years in the field of finance and investments.  Most of that time was at a large mutual fund company where I managed equity portfolios and later oversaw global trading functions.  I retired from the investment field several years ago and then earned a California teaching credential in Mathematics. 

For the last 2 years I taught math at Leuzinger High School in Lawndale, before I decided to turn my focus to teaching at a Christian school.  I have earned an AB in Economics from Princeton University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago, and a teaching credential certificate in Mathematics from California State University, Long Beach.

All 3 of my children (currently 15, 18, and 21 years of age) attended Christ Lutheran when they were younger so I am thrilled to return to this community in a new era.  I look forward to participating in our collective efforts to develop the hearts and minds of the children here to the glory of God.
